Your role as International freight forwarder
As an international freight forwarder, you work at the heart of Shypple's operations, focusing on our international client base and partners. You accept and process all their logistics requests within the unique Shypple platform, which centralizes all the communication and data. Together with your team, you provide your international customers with a high-quality experience and excellent service. You guarantee that all agreements are fulfilled, you monitor progress and solve any problems quickly and decisively. In addition to the daily operations, you are having a keen eye on continuous improvement and further development of our unique platform. You identify and escalate inefficiencies and bottlenecks, working closely together with our development team in order to mutually create smart and valuable adjustments and additions (features).
What you're going to do
- Processing and arranging sea freight LCL and FCL shipments from booking to invoicing;
- Creating and maintaining an excellent relationship with the international customers and partners – in collaboration with the Customer Success and Sales team;
- Monitoring, processing and archiving all documentation;
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of our platform.
