We’re shooting for the stars at Vintage Cash Cow and need a Vintage Customer Service Advisor to join us on the journey. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to provide first-class customer service to our ever-expanding customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deal with both inbound and outbound calls working with an automatic dialler
- Answering any customer queries regarding the service
- Liaise with different departments to ensure an effortless customer experience
- Work within a team to ensure team targets are met
- Have an open mind to develop and learn new skills
- Have the ability to work within a fast-paced working environment
- Be positive with an upbeat attitude
- Use your own initiative to problem-solve and overcome any issues that may arise
You Have:
- Experience working within a contact centre
- Experience working towards both team and individual targets and KPIs
- Experience using internal CRM Objection handling skills
- A clear and polite telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team

- Salary: 💰 £11 per hour
