We’re shooting for the stars at Vintage Cash Cow and need a Vintage Customer Service Advisor to join us on the journey. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to provide first-class customer service to our ever-expanding customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deal with both inbound and outbound calls working with an automatic dialler
• Answering any customer queries regarding the service
• Liaise with different departments to ensure an effortless customer experience
• Work within a team to ensure team targets are met
• Have an open mind to develop and learn new skills
• Have the ability to work within a fast-paced working environment
• Be positive with an upbeat attitude
• Use your own initiative to problem-solve and overcome any issues that may arise

You Have:

• Experience working within a contact centre
• Experience working towards both team and individual targets and KPIs
• Experience using internal CRM Objection handling skills
• A clear and polite telephone manner
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
