Your mission

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze data related to product performance, user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape using our modern data stack
• Shape the METYCLE Data Landscape: Continuously expand and enhance our data technology stack to meet our evolving needs
• Foster a Data-Driven Company Culture: Engage stakeholders to ask the right questions and support their search for answers. Present findings to internal teams and stakeholders, and contribute to strategic discussions
• Hypothesis Testing: Develop hypotheses and assist in designing experiments to validate product assumptions and drive data-driven decision-making
  
  

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a German university, preferably in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Initial knowledge of relational databases and SQL (is a must-have)
• Basic experience with a programming language, ideally Python
• First experience with data visualization with PowerBI, Tableau, Excel or similar tools
• Prior experience in product analysis, market research, or data analysis is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical skills paired with a detail-oriented mindset with passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
