We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team to play a critical role in supporting our leaders, people managers and employees across different parts of the organization and in multiple geographical locations.

In this role you will help us strengthen our business partnership model by collaborating closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and the rest of the people team to drive innovative people initiatives, and ensure that our people and leaders are equipped with the tools necessary to succeed in their role.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data analysis and exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in working in fast-paced environments, global remote and hybrid environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Build deep relationships with internal stakeholders to establish credibility and influence decision-making regarding all people topics

  • Partner at a company and team level and provide coaching on people related topics

  • Be a trusted advisor to leaders and managers so they can enable their teams to do their best work

  • Continuously assess the quality of the people's experience and provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide people solutions that make teams more effective

  • Collaborate with the rest of the people team (Talent Acquisition, People Ops, L&D, EX, Comp & Ben to keep improving the overall employee and leadership journey at WeTransfer

  • Partner with business leaders and people managers to understand their talent needs, including workforce planning, and provide guidance and expertise on succession planning and performance management best practices

  • Measure progress in leadership maturity and continuously drive the learning curve

  • Be able to translate the business strategy into key people initiatives that can facilitate the completion of company goals

  • Ensure that you partner with the business to understand and contribute to a full range of people initiatives that are directly aligned with business and people strategy

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience and able to demonstrate your experience and business impact

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Experience in a global or multinational organization is a plus.

  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation in The Netherlands. Knowledge on other geographical regions is a big plus

  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, and the ability to coach, influence, and partner with various types of personalities and levels

  • Able to influence change and judgment to drive team engagement and business results

  • You have profound experience supporting HR processes and policies

  • Ideally, you have worked both in large corporations as well as in start-up/scale-up environments and have experience in working in a Tech/IT environment
